Foi uma aprendizagem de chakras e deusas, foi um mergulho interior com sagrado feminino ao mesmo tempo, mas de forma muito leve e realista, sem clichê espiritual. Assim foi mais fácil depois manter as práticas no dia-a-dia.

Yoga Retreat
I’ve been practicing yoga for a while now, but I can honestly say this retreat has completely elevated my practice.
