I’ve been practicing yoga for a while now, but I can honestly say this retreat has completely elevated my practice. Whether you're a beginner or experienced, the sequences are well-designed and adaptable. If you’re looking for a supportive and motivating yoga community, this is the place to be. Highly recommend teacher Patrícia as well, can’t wait to comeback!!!
