Xturi is a platform that connects travelers with the best local experiences in Costa Rica. As a provider, you can list your unique tours, activities, or experiences to reach a wider audience and grow your business. Whether it’s a beach adventure, wildlife encounter, or cultural exploration, we help travelers find and book premium experiences with ease.

Getting started is simple! Just visit our “Become a Provider” page, fill out the form with details about your experience, and upload any required documents. Our team will review your submission, and once approved, your experience will be live on the platform!

We’re all about premium experiences in Costa Rica, so whether you offer outdoor adventures, cultural tours, wellness retreats, or any other activity that shows off the beauty of our country, we’d love to have it on Xturi. Just make sure it’s a high-quality offering that will create unforgettable memories for travelers.

You’re in control of your pricing! When you list your experience, you’ll set your rates. Xturi takes a commission on each booking (between 2% and 7%, depending on the package you choose). You’ll be able to see exactly how much you’ll earn per booking after our commission is taken.

Once your experience is live, travelers can book directly through Xturi. When a booking is made, you’ll receive an email notification with all the details. You’ll also have access to our provider dashboard where you can manage bookings, update your calendar, and keep track of payments.

Xturi takes a commission on each booking, ranging from 2% to 7%. The exact rate depends on your chosen plan and the visibility you want for your experience. You’ll always know exactly how much you’ll pay in commission before you list your experience.

Payments are processed securely through Xturi, and we make it easy for you to receive funds. You can set up your payment preferences through the provider portal, and we’ll transfer your earnings directly to your account.

Each experience provider sets their own cancellation policy. When creating or editing your experience, you can specify the rules for cancellations (e.g., full refund, partial refund, no refund). Xturi will make sure that your policy is clearly communicated to customers before they book.

Absolutely! You can edit your experience at any time by logging into your provider account. Whether it’s updating the description, adding new images, or adjusting the availability, it’s all in your hands.
