At Xturi, we provide a platform for consumers to book unique and memorable experiences directly with providers. Each experience listed on our platform is governed by the cancellation policy set by the individual provider. It’s important to review these policies carefully before booking to understand your options in case of cancellation.
1. Provider-Defined Cancellation Policies
- Each provider sets their own cancellation and refund policy for their experiences. This policy is clearly stated on the experience listing page under the “Cancellation Policy” section.
- By booking an experience, you agree to the provider’s cancellation policy.
2. How to Cancel a Booking
- To cancel a booking, log into your Xturi account, navigate to your “Bookings” page, and follow the instructions to initiate a cancellation.
- The cancellation terms, including eligibility for a refund, will depend on the provider’s policy for the specific experience.
3. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with the provider’s cancellation policy. Xturi facilitates refunds on behalf of the provider but does not determine the eligibility or amount of the refund.
- Some providers may offer full refunds if cancellations are made within a specific timeframe, while others may have stricter or non-refundable policies. Be sure to review the policy before booking.
4. Provider-Canceled Experiences
- If an experience is canceled by the provider due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, operational issues), you will be notified as soon as possible.
- In such cases, you will have the option to reschedule the experience or receive a full refund, depending on your preference.
5. Xturi’s Role
- Xturi acts as a facilitator between consumers and providers. While we strive to ensure a seamless booking experience, we are not responsible for cancellations or refund decisions made by providers.
- If you experience any issues with a cancellation, our support team is here to assist and mediate between you and the provider.
6. Non-Refundable Xturi Service Fees
- In some cases, Xturi may charge a non-refundable service fee as part of the booking. This fee will be clearly disclosed during the booking process.
